Overview
In this role, you’ll be the architect of our clients’ social media success. You’ll manage our brand’s social media presence and strategically buy advertising space to amplify their reach. You’ll be responsible for building a thriving online community, and executing targeted social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and achieve the brand’s marketing goals. Additionally, you’ll leverage your media buying expertise to secure the best placements for ads, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Content Creators to understand the brands and their
- personalities
- Manage the day-to-day social media calendar, including scheduling and posting content
- Measure content success through analytical reports
- Analyze online conversations to identify opportunities to meet consumer needs.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and address customer service inquiries
- Report on feedback and online responses, comments and reviews
- Stay up-to-date with social media software for managing brands online
- Be active and present during meetings and brainstorms for brands
- Analyze social media data to track performance, identify trends, and measure ROI
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and real-time online conversations and adapt strategies accordingly for the benefit of improving conversations and content ideation
- Identify and recommend social media personalities that align with client target audiences and brand strategies.
- Research and identify the most effective advertising platforms for our target audience
- Develop and manage social media advertising budgets
- Run and monitor ad campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing .
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office suite
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and content creation
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Experience with media buying platforms and strategies (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
- Passion for social media and digital marketing
- Agency experience is a plus
