OVERVIEW
As a Content Creator at our agency, you are the creative backbone that drives our brands forward. You’ll be at the forefront of ideation, responsible for bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Assigned to a portfolio of brands, you’ll handle content creation for both visual and written concepts, collaborating closely with our Design Team. Your role will encompass timely content planning and measuring the success of your creations. To excel in this position, it’s essential to truly understand the personality of each brand and infuse it into your ideation process. Top-notch Content Creators go beyond expectations by staying up-to-date with trends, researching competitors, and proactively generating ideas that push boundaries. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead content development for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with brand personality
- Develop compelling content for @socialghana
- Craft captivating copy
- Collaborate with the Design Team to brainstorm creative content ideas
- Upload content to digital platforms
- Timely execution of content plans
- Seek approval of content plans from the Creative Director
- Active participation in client meetings and brainstorms
- Stay updated on trends, digital technologies, and real-time online conversations to enhance content quality for your brands
- Mood-boarding for campaigns and production
- Engage in social listening and monitoring
- Measure content success through analytical reports
- Attend to client briefs, break them down, and delegate actions
- Develop marketing plans, proposals, and pitches tailored to client specifications
- Advise clients and partners on the best creative solutions
- Lead brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
- Shape brand standards and establish procedures to ensure brand consistency
- Supervise daily workflow, assign project workloads, and monitor deadlines and budgets
- Finalize presentations for client pitches and proposals
QUALIFICATION
- An undergraduate degree
- Excellent listening, reading, writing, editing, proofreading and verbal skills
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- The ability to work under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office suite (or the MAC equivalent)
- Willingness to learn new software for content creation
- Good receptiveness to feedback/adaptability
- Agency experience is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Content Creator/Copywriter or a similar role is a plus
